Job Summary
Ruggable is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising to lead the delivery of a best-in-class global shopping experience. This role requires strategic campaign leadership, product flow planning, and active trading of the digital storefront.

Ruggable is a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand based in Los Angeles, California. The Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising will work closely with UX/UI, Creative Marketing, and Digital Content teams to build a cohesive user journey that balances storytelling with shopability.
What You'll Do
Strategic Campaign Leadership & Product Flow: Unified Campaign Vision, Monthly Product Flow Planning, Launch Day "Command Center", UX/UI Collaboration, Visualization via Figma, Active Site Trading, Analytics Partnership, Customer Insight Integration, Catalog Mastery, Process Innovation, Rigorous Site QA, Motivational Leadership, Site Experience & Product Discovery Constructor Ownership, Navigation Evolution
Required Skills
Experience: 7+ years in site merchandising (D2C/Apparel/Home décor preferred), 3-5+ years of direct people management experience
Visualization Skills: Well-versed in Figma for prototyping and site experience planning
Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Shopify, Constructor, Yotpo, and BI tools (Sigma/Looker/GA4)
Project Management & Tooling Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in managing complex, cross-functional workflows. Must demonstrate "power-user" depth in Jira/Confluence, Asana, and Airtable
Analytical Mindset: Acutely aware of the relationship between AOV, CVR, traffic, and revenue
International POV: Proven experience building digital strategies across multiple countries (specifically NA to AU/EU synchronization)
Cross-Functional Synergy: Proven ability to work alongside UX/UI designers and Creative directors to maintain the highest visual standards without compromising on site performance or technical feasibility
Strategic Communication & Elevated POV: Expert communicator with a rare taste level and a discerning eye for brand elevation. Ability to weave data and commercial objectives into sophisticated briefs and on-site experiences that inspire creative teams and align leadership
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to argue for strategy based on data in front of Executive leadership
Strategic Intuition: Blend of technical "horsepower" and business "gut"—knows when the data is telling a story and when it needs deeper interrogation
Leadership: Confident guide who can align disparate teams (Creative, Retention, Paid, PR and Social) under a single site vision and create/implement net-new procedures with urgency

Growth Mindset: Proactive problem solver obsessed with technical details of site "perfection"
Visual POV: Experience attending shoots and collaborating with studio teams to produce high-performing imagery
Compensation
$130,000 - $150,000 per year base salary, annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role, employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
