Senior Manager of Clubs & Catering

Job Summary

As a Senior Manager of Clubs & Restaurants, you will lead your team members in executing The Levy Difference. This includes maintaining positive guest relationships, fulfilling guest-specific service requests, managing function setups and breakdowns, promoting a collaborative work environment, and interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains positive guest relationships and executes show quality standards
• Executes all menu requirements and fulfills all guest-specific service requests
• Ensures function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously
• Engages in the financial goals of the operation with support from the General Manager
• Promotes a collaborative work climate, maximizing productivity, engagement, and morale
• Uses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
• Counsels regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members
• Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines
• Employs excellent safety and sanitation practices
• Follows and enforces responsible alcohol service policies
• Other duties, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
• High level of computer literacy
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

About the Role

The Senior Manager of Clubs & Catering role is located at the Moda Center, home of the NBA's Portland Trailblazers, WNBA's Portland Fire, and WHL's Portland Winterhawks. The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000.
