The role involves creating growth strategies through portfolio optimization, pricing, mix management, and promotional spend excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, highlight white spaces, and ensure price-pack execution.
• Optimize channel-customer/pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and customers.
• Evaluate consumer promotional strategies, aligning with brand objectives, promoting responsiveness, and assessing ROI.
• Recommend an optimal promotion strategy and develop methodologies for financial analyses and scenario development.
• Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
