About the role

The Senior Manager, MN Finance is responsible for providing financial oversight and guidance related to the financial activities of Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation and affiliated medical groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight and guidance related to the financial activities of Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation and affiliated medical groups.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations based on interpretation of metrics and operational performance.
• Manage and coach support staff in the data analysis of existing practices and financial implementation of new groups.
• Provide guidance and supervision to professional and support staff towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration required. Master's Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Work Experience: 7 years in managing a healthcare Finance or Accounting Department required. 2 years Healthcare financial Management role experience preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
