What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the full cycle accounts payable and disbursement process in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee and support accounts payable staff, both onsite and offshore, ensuring productivity and communication standards are met
• Design and implement internal control policies and key performance indicators for the accounts payable function
• Maintain vendor management processes, including onboarding, compliance, and monitoring of accurate vendor records
• Cook with the Accounting team for monthly accounts payable close procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4 years of accounts payable experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role overseeing direct reports
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred
• Extensive knowledge of accounts payable internal control processes, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential inquiries professionally
