Manager Finance - Hybrid

About the role

The Manager Finance supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. They are responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. They also provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies. They may also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports local ministry/entity leadership teams
• Serve on local leadership committees as assigned
• Financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs
• Propose recommendations for financial goals and budgetary targets
• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
• Manage appropriate finance staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
• Or equivalent education/experience
• 6 years Finance related supervisory role
• 4 years Leadership experience
