Responsibilities
- Interface with internal departments to be the central source for communicating business planning results.
- Analyze projections against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggest methods to improve the business planning process.
- Prepare traditional business reports and develop business operations forecasting systems for the department.
- Partner with departments on the development of annual Bus Plans, MTPs, and fixed expense targets.
- Collaborate with departments on monthly forecasts, MTP updates, and fixed expense and capital forecasts.
- Roll-up and present monthly financial performance results to top management, reviewing expense management controls and analysis results.
- Recommend business improvements to overall financial and operating performance.
- Coordinate and prioritize planning with Vice Presidents and division managers.
- Aid in budget preparation and various types of audits.
- Maintain regular meetings with other department heads to stay informed and offer direction.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies to enhance financial management efficiency within the department.
- Show strong business operational background and the ability to translate operations into accurate financial models.
- Work effectively with remote locations, internal departments, and executive management.
- Use MS Office Suite applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent presentation skills.
- Show knowledge of ERP and EPM systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Show attention to detail, precision, and thoroughness in financial management.
- Determine resource usage to meet schedules and goals, recommend changes to policies, and establish procedures affecting immediate organizations.
- Handle complex issues requiring analysis of multiple factors, including understanding current business trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred; CPA designation desired.
- 7+ years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.
- 5+ years of experience in business planning and forecasting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong business operational background with the ability to understand and translate operations into financial models.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with remote locations, internal departments, and executive management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with outstanding presentation skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze situations and data.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to domestic and international locations.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $174,000, with the final offer amount varying based on factors including individual qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
