Senior Manager, Medicare Advantage Portfolio Strategy & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Advantage Portfolio Strategy & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead portfolio strategy and analytics efforts that shape decision-making across Medicare Advantage initiatives. The ideal candidate will turn complex cost, utilization, and enrollment data into clear recommendations that support benefit design, performance monitoring, and executive planning. This position will also partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen automated reporting, improve data validation, and inform go-to-market execution in a fast-moving remote environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,500 – $173,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct strategic analysis to guide portfolio decisions Perform cost and utilization breakdowns to inform strategic changes Provide independent financial judgments on benefit designs Present actionable, data-backed recommendations to leadership Build infrastructure for automated analytics and workflows Support go-to-market initiatives with data insights Monitor enrollment trends and provide early alerts on performance shifts Serve as a key resource for data metric validation Qualifications 6+ years of Medicare Advantage experience with deep data expertise Strong analytical skills in cost and utilization metrics Proficiency in SQL and experience with claims databases Demonstrated ability to convert analysis into strategic recommendations Experience with end-to-end data ownership and validation Ability to succinctly communicate complex findings A team player capable of collaboration in a remote environment Benefits Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision plans Generous paid time off $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend Stock options for all employees Bonus and commission eligibility based on role Parental leave program 401K retirement plan Additional perks available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
