THE ROLE

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing MDM team, establishing clear ownership models across stewardship, governance, and analytics to support a long-term enterprise data strategy.
  • Governance & Workflow Optimization: Design and operationalize centralized data governance frameworks, business rules, and lifecycle policies across systems like SAP S/4 to eliminate manual workflows and improve overall operational readiness.
  • Data Quality Management & Metrics: Own data quality across all core supply chain domains by implementing proactive monitoring, root-cause remediation workflows, and tracking key operational metrics like cycle time and data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Order Management, IT, and Contract Manufacturers to align master data processes with commercial requirements, ensuring seamless data flow and transactional accuracy.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Supply Chain Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of core master data domains, including product/material lifecycles, Bill of Materials (BOM), locations, planning, logistics, sourcing, customer, vendor, and selected finance-related data management.
  • ERP & Technical Architecture: Robust understanding of ERP ecosystems (specifically SAP) and how master data integrates and flows across complex enterprise applications. Familiarity with utilizing SQL, BI tools, and operational dashboards to measure and monitor data performance is highly preferred.
  • Data Governance & Operational Control: Proven ability to establish data stewardship models, implement data quality business rules, and use KPI-based control to drive operational improvement.
  • Strategic Influence & Change Management: Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional stakeholders through process ambiguity and build scalable operating models.
