Senior Manager Marketing Programs
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Programs to take full ownership of end-to-end marketing programs designed to fuel growth across key market segments and targeted geographies. Positioned at the vital intersection of strategic planning and operational execution, you will turn high-level campaign concepts into seamless, high-impact market executions. This role requires a hands-on operational leader who excels at designing and delivering immersive, sales-driving experiences across media, digital, and virtual channels to engage existing customers, convert prospects, and accelerate revenue.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can assess complex project requirements, manage marketing assets and program budgets, and establish measurement models that maximize overall ROI. Exceptional collaboration skills are essential to build strong bridges across cross-functional partners—including Marketing, Operations, Legal, Field Sales, Distribution Channels, and Agencies—to deliver frictionless frontline sales and customer experiences aligned with core business objectives and brand elevation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of experiential events, media, digital, and market expansion programs once strategic designs and concepts are established.
- Partner seamlessly across integrated marketing, sales leaders, agency partners, and sales enablement teams to establish project milestones, streamline briefs, and align launch timelines.
- Oversee program budgets and allocate marketing assets effectively to ensure optimal utilization and maximum return on investment.
- Utilize valuation and measurement models to evaluate program ROI, conduct thorough post-mortems, and synthesize performance data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with little oversight, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables align with core revenue drivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
- Six or more years of marketing management experience, with a proven focus on distribution channels, marketing program operations, or field enablement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Heavy background in planning, managing, and executing large-scale, high-visibility experiential events.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of urgency in dynamic settings.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize program data, calculate ROI, and present key takeaways back to business partners.
- Flexibility to take on emerging assignments and pivot project scopes as business needs shift.
If this role sounds like a fit, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
