We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description (About the role) – we can put that in

About the role

with

. Responsibilities: there is a list of responsibilities under "Key Responsibilities:" with sub-sections. We need to output a

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We should preserve all substantive info. We'll need to flatten responsibilities into list items, maybe grouping subheadings? But we can just list each responsibility bullet. However the original has subheadings like "CRM Strategy, Health & Governance", "Lifecycle Marketing: Email & SMS", etc. We could keep them as headings? But only allowed headings are the specified ones; we cannot add extra headings like "CRM Strategy". So we need to incorporate those details into list items, maybe prefix with the subheading text. That's acceptable. Requirements: The posting has "Knowledge/Skills/Abilities" and "Education/Experience". Those could be considered Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple of those. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes responsibilities, knowledge/skills/abilities, education/experience, benefits. No explicit Pay or Schedule. So we omit Pay and Schedule. We could map: - About the role: description paragraph(s) before "Key Responsibilities:". - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (including sub-items). - Requirements: maybe combine Education/Experience and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities? Or separate into Qualifications and Skills. The instruction says we can use those headings. We could have Qualifications (Education/Experience) and Skills (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities). That seems appropriate. - Benefits: list of benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, drug free workplace, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Apply today..." and navigation etc. Also remove "In order to maintain a high level..." etc. Also remove "In hometown communities..." etc. Also remove "All new hires are required to pass a full panel drug screening..." etc. Also remove "SGA Dental Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: that includes the description of role, responsibilities, knowledge/skills/abilities, education/experience, benefits. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)", "401(k) Retirement Plan", etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. About the role: The first paragraph(s) before "Key Responsibilities:": "SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to own and build the technical revenue engine that powers marketing across a network of more than 260 dental practices, each operating under its own brand identity. This role is responsible for the CRM infrastructure, email and SMS lifecycle marketing programs, attribution and reporting systems, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem that enables scalable, measurable growth. The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will serve as the architect and operator of SGA’s marketing operations function, creating a connected system that drives patient acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Starting within the Advanced Care business line, this leader will establish standards, prove the operating model, and scale best practices across the broader portfolio. This hands-on position is ideal for a builder who enjoys designing systems, solving complex operational challenges, and leveraging AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and performance. We are seeking a strategic and technical owner who can connect these systems into a unified marketing engine that leadership trusts for budget allocation, forecasting, and growth decisions. This role is responsible for transforming a collection of tools into a scalable framework for CRM management, lifecycle marketing, attribution, reporting, and marketing automation across hundreds of locations" That's the about role. Now Responsibilities: Under "Key Responsibilities:" there are several sections each with "Responsibilities Include:" and bullet points. We need to extract each bullet point. Let's list them: CRM Strategy, Health & Governance - Establishing standardized CRM structures, pipeline stages, fields, tags, and naming conventions. - Developing reusable templates and governance processes for practice-level CRM deployments. - Driving CRM adoption through workflow design, lead routing, ownership configuration, and response management. - Monitoring data quality, duplicate records, attribution accuracy, and reporting integrity. - Maintaining change control, platform documentation, permissions, and user access standards. Compliance, Consent & Deliverability - Managing consent, unsubscribe, access, and retention requirements for email and SMS communications. - Monitoring workflow performance, delivery health, and sender reputation. - Maintaining documentation, testing procedures, and disaster recovery processes. - Partnering with Compliance, IT, and Legal stakeholders to maintain HIPAA-compliant operations. Now Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (we can treat as Skills): - Proven success building and leading marketing operations functions within multi-location, franchise, healthcare, DSO, or portfolio-based organizations. - Deep hands-on CRM expertise, preferably including GoHighLevel. - Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, attribution, funnel management, and performance reporting. - Demonstrated ability to design and implement MarTech infrastructure. - Familiarity with AI-powered workflow development and automation tools. - Working knowledge of HIPAA, marketing consent requirements, and marketing compliance best practices. Education/Experience (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. - Experience with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and marketing automation platforms. - Experience developing and managing email and SMS marketing programs from strategy through execution. - Dental or healthcare industry experience preferred. - Experience with Dental Intel and dental practice data preferred. - GoHighLevel agency administration experience preferred. - Experience implementing AI-driven marketing operations preferred. - Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant conversion tracking solutions preferred. - SQL proficiency and comfort working with reporting databases preferred. - Basic HTML and CSS knowledge preferred. Benefits: - Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Health and Vision Insurance - Employer-Paid Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Care.com Membership & Employee Assistance Program - Supplemental Coverage (Disability, Critical Illness, Accident) - Career Growth and Development Opportunities Now we need to output HTML with headings

for each section we include. We should not include empty sections. Thus:

    About the role

    ... (the paragraph)

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet ...
    • ...

    Qualifications

    • ... education/experience bullets ...
    • ...

    Skills

    • ... knowledge/skills/abilities bullets ...
    • ...

    Benefits

    • ... benefits bullets ...
    • ...
We must not include Pay or Schedule. Check for any boilerplate leftover: The benefits section includes "Career Growth and Development Opportunities" - that's fine. We must ensure we didn't inadvertently include any lines like "In order to maintain a high level of clinical excellence..." etc. We excluded those. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: Did we miss any? The about role paragraph includes everything before "Key Responsibilities:" - we captured that. Check if there is any other substantive content like "In hometown communities, SGA Dental Partners is a beacon of positive energy, delivering the highest level of clinical excellence and patient-centered care." That's boilerplate fluff but maybe considered substantive? It's more marketing fluff but still part of posting. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not exactly boilerplate legal; it's a marketing statement about the company. Might be considered okay to keep? However it's not directly about the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That line is substantive about the company. However earlier they said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not those. So we could keep it as part of About the role? It appears after the benefits and before "Apply today...". It's a separate paragraph: "In hometown communities, SGA Dental Partners is a beacon of positive energy, delivering the highest level of clinical excellence and patient-centered care." Then "Apply today to join us in making a difference!" Then drug free workplace etc. So we could include that sentence in About the role maybe as another paragraph. However the About the role section already has a paragraph; we could add another

for that line. But we need to ensure we don't include application instructions like "Apply today to join us in making a difference!" That is an application instruction, should be removed. Also the drug free workplace etc is boilerplate legal/EEO, should be removed. So we keep the "In hometown communities..." line. Thus About the role could have two paragraphs: the first descriptive paragraph, then the second about hometown communities. Let's include both. Now check for any other substantive content: The "We Offer:" line before benefits is just intro; we can incorporate that as part of benefits heading maybe a

before list? But we can just have the list; the intro "We Offer:" is not needed. Now ensure we didn't duplicate any lines. Now produce HTML. We need to be careful to escape
