Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to drive continuous improvement in process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. This role collaborates with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. It offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Operations function, managing workflows and governance across the organization
• Maintain visibility into all marketing initiatives and resource allocation for leadership
• Develop and implement change management for continuous improvement in operational procedures
• Analyze team capacity and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Manage a portfolio of complex marketing initiatives from planning through execution
• Facilitate project planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation efforts
• Maintain a project management dashboard to track project progress and milestones

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or operational leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of marketing methodologies and operational best practices
• Experience leading complex marketing workflows in a matrixed organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with marketing and project management tools (Asana, Workfront, HubSpot)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing and developing teams

Pay

$121,800 – $182,600 annually
