As a Senior Manager, Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team and shape customer-focused marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies that drive business growth and align with organizational priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Analytics to align strategies and maximize customer engagement.
- Transform customer, market, and channel insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Optimize content effectiveness using performance analytics, audience insights, and market research.
- Guide digital marketing and search strategies by leveraging industry best practices and data-driven decision making.
- Oversee marketing operations, resource prioritization, and workflow management to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to leadership, helping shape future marketing investments and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer, content, digital, and/or brand marketing.
- Prior people leadership experience.
