Senior Manager Marketing
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to support the expanding commercial and marketing function across ClearNote Health’s global clinical and biopharma businesses. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute integrated go-to-market initiatives spanning product marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, marketing communications, events, and strategic commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of integrated commercial marketing plans across ClearNote Health’s portfolio of early cancer detection products and biopharma offerings.
- Aid in go-to-market planning and launch execution for new products, clinical data releases, and strategic commercial initiatives.
- Help develop product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing materials aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and Product teams to ensure consistent and clinically accurate messaging to segmented audiences.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence monitoring, market research, and customer insights activities.
- Develop and maintain sales tools, presentations, brochures, FAQs, email campaigns, and other commercial collateral.
- Support field teams with customer-facing content, conference materials, and training resources.
- Create scientific and clinical marketing content tailored to healthcare professionals, health systems, payers, and partners.
- Coordinate review and approval workflows across regulatory, legal, and medical review processes.
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, paid media, and marketing automation platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance using analytics, reporting, and lead generation metrics.
- Update website content, create landing pages, implement SEO initiatives, and improve digital customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership and educational content to increase awareness and engagement.
- Support planning and execution of congresses, trade shows, advisory boards, webinars, and corporate events.
- Coordinate logistics and marketing deliverables for key scientific and commercial meetings.
- Develop and execute press releases, media materials, social media content, and executive communications.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Partner closely with teams across Commercial, Product, Clinical, R&D, PMO, Market Access, Laboratory Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development.
- Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and campaign execution across multiple initiatives.
- Build scalable marketing infrastructure and processes to support company growth.
- Develop and execute AI-enabled, digital-first, commercial programs focused on accelerating business growth and commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, including experience supporting commercial marketing, product launches, and demand generation initiatives within healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences. Experience in molecular diagnostics or oncology strongly preferred.
