About the role

The Senior Manager role within the Marketing Activation team sits at the center of CMO decision making, applying research and insights to program briefs and directional proposals, overseeing campaign strategy application and deployment, and closely collaborating with Creative, Media, Comms, Research & Data Analytics, and the Business Unit among other groups. This position will drive and support initiatives across Consumer Mobility Marketing, including Value Prop and Device Launches, with a focus on General Market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Shape yearly and quarterly strategies and narratives to deliver on key business/marketing objectives.
  • Serve as the strategic lead on individual initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with business unit leaders on priority objectives.
  • Analyze business and consumer data across key audiences and cultural/sales heat moments.
  • Partner on research to uncover consumer perceptions, test strategies, and optimize messaging.
  • Craft insight-led, data-driven briefs, go-to-market (GTM), and channel plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance and feedback to cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Creative leads and agencies to develop campaign work.
  • Collaborate on media plans, tactics, and integrations.
  • Develop toolkits to guide tactical executions.
  • Build campaign learning agendas and post-mortems to drive effectiveness and establish best practices.
  • Stakeholder plans with peers and leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and deck-building.
  • Experience developing marketing, campaign, or communications strategies and plans.
  • Experience with consumer research, in-market tracking, and creative optimization.
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships and influence.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple high-visibility, high-complexity projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a creative and/or media advertising agency.
  • An MBA or other related advanced degree.
  • Proficiency with research, data analytics, and/or AI tools.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with the location set by your manager. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.

Pay

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $115,500.00 - $201,000.00, depending on location, skills, and experience. This role is incentive-based, with potential to earn additional compensation. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted to reflect hours worked.
