About the role

The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing supports the delivery of the Blood Management Technologies (TEG6S, Cell Saver and Transfusion Management) marketing strategy by overseeing development of sales enablement programs, ensuring appropriate clinical and business alignment of the marketing and promotional strategies, and monitoring relevant post-market KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the delivery of the Blood Management Technologies marketing strategy
  • Oversees development of sales enablement programs
  • Ensures appropriate clinical and business alignment of the marketing and promotional strategies
  • Maintains and monitors relevant post-market KPIs
  • Coordinates marketing strategy and activities for the Blood Management Technology franchise
  • Develops regional go-to-market strategies for capital equipment, disposables, software, and services
  • Collaborates with HCP Marketing in developing compelling value proof points and deliverables
  • Led effective and comprehensive communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilizes a multi-channel approach to communicate marketing messages to clinical and economic customers
  • Works closely with other functions, participates in/leads cross-functional project teams as required
  • Influences go-to-market strategies and crafts compelling clinical and operational value messaging for customers and prospects
  • Partners with Global Product Marketing to gather market insights, conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) research, and partner across the portfolio to identify and align the needs that differentiate the BMT solutions
  • Takes primary lead on crafting regional strategies for new products, sales programs, end-of-service plans, and operating income initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years marketing experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare software, or other areas of life sciences, with a proven record of building marketing plans and engagement with sales teams
  • Previous In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) experience in a marketing, sales, or clinical setting strongly preferred
  • Strong social skills, maturity, and capability to present ideas and concepts to a diverse range of individuals
  • Excellence in additional professional competencies including collaborative and cross-functional problem-solving and communications, innovative thinking, sense of urgency
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a strong preference

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $124,300.00 - $211,700.00/Annual. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
