Senior Manager, Learning Delivery & Execution

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Delivery & Execution to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead the national execution of learning delivery across a multi-site organization, ensuring programs are implemented consistently and effectively. The position will translate learning priorities into clear action plans, coordinate with stakeholders to remove execution risks, and strengthen how learning is applied in day-to-day operations. You will also guide L&D managers and help build trainer capability to improve overall learning impact.
