Senior Manager, IT Program Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, IT Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will oversee a portfolio of IT initiatives and ensure programs are prioritized and delivered in alignment with business value, available resources, and organizational goals. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement, support strategic change, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration across the IT organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, continuous improvement expertise, and the ability to influence decisions that improve execution and performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee the IT project portfolio and prioritize initiatives based on business value and resource availability Act as a change agent to implement effective processes across the IT organization Develop relationships with internal clients to implement strategies collaboratively Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timeline and budget adherence Utilize project management methodologies to guide teams throughout the project lifecycle Establish metrics and KPIs to assess performance and continuous improvement efforts Facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management Exceptional understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies Proven knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, and Trello Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic change Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in managing cross-functional teams Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated experience in strategic decision-making and evaluating various courses of action Benefits Remote-first work culture allowing flexibility and work-life balance Reimbursement for home office setup costs Access to a collaborative and innovative work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
