Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations
About the role
F2G is a clinical‑stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel therapies for life‑threatening invasive fungal infections. The company has created a new class of antifungal agents called the orotomides, which selectively target fungal dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH). Its lead candidate, olorofim (formerly F901318), has fungicidal activity against a broad range of mold infections, including rare and resistant molds. F2G completed a Phase 3 study comparing olorofim to AmBisome® followed by standard of care in patients with invasive fungal disease caused by Aspergillus species, receiving positive topline data in June 2026. Olorofim has orphan drug status from the EMA and FDA, plus FDA Qualified Infectious Disease Product (QIDP) designation and Breakthrough Therapy designation. Headquartered in the UK with subsidiaries in the US and Austria, F2G’s vision is to bring safe, convenient, and effective novel antifungal agents to market to address global unmet needs for therapies active against resistant and historically difficult‑to‑treat pathogens.
