Senior Manager IT Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager IT Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will guide the strategy and execution of core infrastructure services that support reliable, secure operations across cloud and on-premises environments. The role will focus on building a scalable infrastructure foundation, improving operational performance, and enabling modernization efforts that support broader business priorities. You will also partner closely with security, operations, and business stakeholders while leading a team of infrastructure professionals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $124,300 – $211,700 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business priorities Ensure the availability and performance of cloud, network, server, and storage services Establish operational metrics and continuous improvement practices Partner with security teams to implement controls and maintain secure configurations Lead cloud adoption and modernization initiatives to optimize performance and cost Maintain tested backup and disaster recovery capabilities Hire, coach, and develop infrastructure professionals to build a high-performing team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Veeam, Linux, PDQ, or VMware 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments 5+ years in a people-management role with a focus on talent development Strong knowledge of networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure automation Benefits 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period Employee stock purchase plan Flexible time off for salaried employees Accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually for hourly employees Paid sick time and holidays, including parental leave Short- and long-term disability insurance and tuition reimbursement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
