Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the North America market
- Manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry influencers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural or biotech industries
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Qualifications
- Experience in agribusiness or biotechnology is preferred
- Knowledge of crop nutrition and soil health concepts
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
