Senior Manager, Infrastructure Services

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a small team of cloud engineers, overseeing hiring and performance reviews
• Facilitate team stand-ups, planning, and backlog refinement to define actionable work items
• Prepare weekly status reports for leadership regarding team progress and priorities
• Act as the primary contact for infrastructure service requests and escalations
• Collect requirements and feedback for implementing new systems and policy changes
• Provide hands-on support with Kubernetes guidance, automation, and troubleshooting
• Review team pull requests and assist with problem diagnosis

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams
• Experience operating critical production-level SaaS products on Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Linux environments and troubleshooting at all stack levels
• Strong knowledge of web protocols and foundational technologies
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code, ideally with Terraform
• Fluent in at least one high-level programming language and one scripting language
