Responsibilities
- Lead data center evacuation and consolidation initiatives
- Manage capacity planning and server/storage transitions across facilities
- Cookload workload hand-off for cloud migration while ensuring readiness and decommissioning
- Maintain an EOSL remediation roadmap and track infrastructure risks
- Oversee disaster recovery testing and establish BCP standards
- Develop and mature the observability practice for enhanced monitoring and alerting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT infrastructure/operations with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Prominent experience in on-premises data center operations, consolidation, or exit programs
- Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
- Excellent cross-functional and vendor management skills
