About This Role
The Senior Infrastructure Manager - Infrastructure Integration Services is a strategic technology leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise infrastructure platforms and integration services that support business transformation initiatives. This role leads engineering teams responsible for cloud-native platforms, automation, infrastructure standardization, and operational excellence across hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in modern infrastructure engineering, OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, CI/CD automation, configuration management, and secrets management. The successful leader will drive platform modernization, improve deployment velocity, enhance security posture, and establish scalable infrastructure solutions across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 7+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations experience
- 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise secrets management solutions
- 7+ years of cloud architecture, security, networking, and enterprise integration patterns
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms
- 5+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks
- 3+ years of experience establishing enterprise CI/CD and GitOps delivery models
