The OpportunityThe Senior Manager, IT will be pivotal to the company’s success. This role will lead a fast-growing and high-performing IT organization, connecting the helpdesk and IT engineering functions to strategic business initiatives and achieving positive business outcomes through technology. On a day-to-day basis, this role will be responsible for leading the IT department. Specifically, the responsibilities include: Ad AI automation day-to-day.Define and steward the mission, vision, and core values for the IT department.Determine required strategic initiatives by analyzing relevant data and gathering proactive stakeholder feedback.Facilitate employee engagement at a level that achieves employee satisfaction while also ensuring business needs are met.Build a scalable culture of continuous improvement, rigorous execution, employee engagement, and customer service within the IT organization.Be seen as a thought-leader and industry expert, staying up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.Build foundational relationships with every senior and executive leader in the company to foster a healthy and collaborative dynamic between IT and the business.Establish meaningful metrics and measure the performance of the IT organization and provide relevant updates to the business.Develop, evangelize, and execute the long-term IT roadmap.Facilitate accurate financial planning and resource allocation for IT initiatives and company growth.Maintain the IT budget and ensure IT spending is commensurate with the benefit of the expenditure to the business and the financial plan as maintained by FP&A. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across HR Tech, Security, PMO, and Helpdesk to identify systemic pain points, prioritize the right work, and empower the team to deliver solutions that scale. The Skill Set10+ years of proven experience in corporate technology with a focus on service and strategy.4+ years of IT leadership experience.Experience establishing internal relationships with senior leaders.Working knowledge of critical corporate technologies like Okta, MacOS, G Suite including Gemini, Zoom, Claude, Jamf, Salesforce, Jira.Project and program management experience.Experience managing a hybrid and international team.Ability to lead personnel both from a technical and career growth perspective.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to prioritize a vast number of projects based on urgency and importance to the business.Experience establishing IT as both a service-oriented department and strategic partner for all areas of the business. The goal of the compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage employees to stay with the organization. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
