About the role

This role is part of the Revenue Marketing function within Publicis Sapient's Global Marketing & Communications team. Revenue Marketing drives demand, pipeline growth, and opportunity creation across Publicis Sapient's priority industries, products, and growth initiatives. The team partners closely with Industry Leadership, Sales, Business Development, Product teams, and Marketing colleagues to identify growth opportunities, engage target audiences, and drive demand through strategically designed customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key industry challenges and translate them into compelling, issue-led marketing strategies aligned to growth priorities.
  • Define ICPs, buying groups, and target accounts using intent data, CRM, and ABM approaches.
  • Design and execute multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns aligned to customer journeys.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs to improve engagement, conversion, and sales readiness.
  • Drive marketing contribution to leads, SALs, opportunities, and pipeline; partner closely with sales to improve outcomes.
  • Use data, testing, and analytics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale content, automate workflows, and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in growth, demand generation, product or revenue marketing roles
  • Proven track record driving leads, pipeline, and measurable business impact
  • Expertise in audience strategy, customer journeys, ABM, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with CRM, intent data, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and experimentation-driven approaches
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
