Senior Manager - Inbound Logistics Operations

About the role

Responsible for leading North American Inbound logistics Operations strategy and execution, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. The role focuses on optimizing transportation networks, managing carrier and supplier relationships, and driving supply chain resilience. Success in this position delivers reduced landed costs, improved delivery performance, and enhanced visibility across global operations.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead North America Inbound Destination Operations
  • Ensure operational excellence and achievement of service metrics across all inbound flows from NA Port of Arrival to DC/franchise partner Delivery
  • Design and Implement Transportation Networks
  • Drive Operational Strategy Execution
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers; leverage industry insights to drive innovation and performance
  • Manage Forecasting and Performance Reporting
  • Enhance Visibility and Predictability
  • Optimize Logistics Processes
  • Establish and Maintain SOPs
  • Develop and Inspire Team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field – Business, Supply Chain Mgmt, Logistics or similar
  • 7-10 years of work experience in managing large scale logistics operations
  • Proven People leader skills
  • Business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Global fulfilment & supply chain partners
  • Strong industry connections within the global logistics space
  • Ability to self-generate meaningful Presentations
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate large amounts of data
  • Demonstrates a drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience in leading projects in the analytics & logistics space
  • Strong desire to learn and grow

Compensation and benefits package

  • The typical hiring range for this position is from $145,000 - $190,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
