Senior Manager, Implementations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Implementations to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead implementation teams responsible for customer onboarding and the successful execution of operational rollouts across transportation and logistics environments. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify gaps, remove barriers, and ensure smooth transitions from planning through delivery. It will also drive continuous improvement efforts, support team development, and help ensure implementation work meets service expectations and business standards. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead implementation teams and manage customer onboarding projects Conduct cross-functional reviews to identify operational gaps and solutions Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles Serve as the primary escalation point for implementation challenges Prepare presentations for customers and collaborate with stakeholders Coach and mentor team members to improve performance Ensure all deliverables meet client SLAs and business standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience 10-12 years in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations 8-10 years in related roles with a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with advanced degrees Proven leadership in cross-functional implementation and operational excellence Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and project management techniques Experience leading team development and organizational change Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) plan Life insurance Disability benefits Participation in a company incentive plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
