What You’ll Do

• Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, and measuring progress against performance standards.
• Lead and develop associates by hiring/selecting, training, mentoring, assigning work, setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing performance to build a strong, team-based environment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, gathering input, and applying improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance; tracking changes; managing risks/issues; monitoring budgets; and providing routine status reporting and presentations.
• Lead content management initiatives by prioritizing requests, building and maintaining tools/templates/resources, guiding platform best practices, and ensuring content quality and governance alignment.
• Improve processes and drive behavior change by analyzing performance baselines, simplifying workflows, developing sustainable solutions, aligning cross-functional partners, and managing post-implementation improvements tied to metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area
• OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area

Preferred Qualifications

• Developing and delivering training
• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Project Management Certification
• Retail consulting.
• Six Sigma certification
• Using Microsoft Office.
• Working with cross-functional teams

Additional Compensation

Annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Stock
