What You'll Do

  • Lead HR strategy — Guide multi-site workforce planning, staffing, and organizational needs across a high-profile frontline portfolio.
  • Drive high-volume hiring — Build strong, reliable staffing pipelines to ensure every location is fully supported with engaged frontline employees.
  • Champion employee relations — Conduct investigations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a fair, people-first environment.
  • Manage labor relations — Interpret CBAs, support grievance handling, and partner effectively with union representatives.
  • Oversee payroll and compliance — Ensure accurate payroll, flawless HR recordkeeping, and adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Elevate frontline culture — Lead HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, communication, and development for hourly teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 5 Years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
