Senior Manager - Global Trade Investigations (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager - Global Trade Investigations (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead complex global trade investigation matters tied to export controls, compliance reviews, and regulatory risk management. The position will partner closely with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to evaluate allegations, manage deadlines, and determine appropriate disclosure and remediation actions. It is well suited for a seasoned trade compliance professional who can balance analytical rigor, sound judgment, and clear communication in a highly regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually Responsibilities Evaluate allegations of global trade compliance violations through interviews and document reviews Manage an active caseload aligned with internal and governmental deadlines Draft disclosures related to ITAR and EAR violations Collaborate with the Global Trade team to identify regulatory violations and develop compliance solutions Conduct audits of employee compliance with company policies Develop and deliver presentations on ongoing investigations to leadership Provide training and counseling on regulatory requirements Qualifications University degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience Experience in global trade investigations and audits Expertise in ITAR and EAR export controls Background in the aerospace or manufacturing industry Strong analytical and drafting skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Three weeks of vacation for new hires Generous 401(k) plan with employer matching Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment programs Extensive family leave and health-related benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
