Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global payment partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and enhance processes
  • Set SLAs and performance standards for partner deliverables
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with payment partners
  • Analyze market needs to inform payment processing strategies
  • Lead project plans for new payment implementations ensuring timely delivery
  • Negotiate pricing and optimize processing costs for competitiveness

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in payment partnerships/program management or business operations
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Prominent track record managing technical projects with external partners
  • Strong understanding of product strategy and operational scaling via partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex external relationships
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Pay

$121,200 – $134,800 annually
