Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Global Equity, leads a team providing expertise on global incentive arrangements, including share-based compensation, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and optimizing operational and tax efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements related to global incentive plans, corporate transactions, and tax strategies.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, delivering technical and compliance advice.
• Oversee project delivery, quality, risk management, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least seven years of experience in expatriate tax, incentive compliance, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related disciplines; professional certifications such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP preferred.
• Strong project management, leadership, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and innovate solutions.
