About This Role

As a Senior Manager, Global Equity, you will oversee and scale Faire's global equity programs, ensuring robust processes for plan design, administration, accounting, compliance, and employee experience. You will also lead public company equity responsibilities, including SEC reporting support, insider trading programs, audit readiness, and equity-related internal controls. Your role involves overseeing the entire equity lifecycle, from grant issuance to vesting, exercises, releases, and reconciliations, and managing global regulatory, tax, and compliance risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in stock plan administration, including leadership in complex or high-growth environments
  • CEP certification strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in global equity programs, with hands-on knowledge of legal, tax, and payroll considerations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience with designing and implementing an Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Proven experience scaling equity programs through private-to-public readiness or public company operations
  • Advanced analytical and systems skills; Shareworks (or equivalent) expertise required
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally without authority, including working with senior leaders
  • Resourceful and willing to roll up your sleeves

Pay

The salary range for this role is $184,000 to $253,000 per year. This role is open to candidates based in the San Francisco office or working remotely within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. This role is eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Schedule

Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
