About the role

TNTP’s Fundraising Team partners across regions and divisions to build and advance investment pipelines aligned to the organization’s highest priorities, with an FY26 goal of securing $29.3M in philanthropic and government grant revenue. As Senior Manager, Fundraising (National), you will play a critical role in advancing TNTP's national fundraising strategy by managing a portfolio of current and prospective philanthropic funders and translating organizational priorities into a strong, actionable funding pipeline. • Lead funder cultivation and portfolio management: Orchestrate relationship-centered cultivation strategies, including preparing leaders for engagements, maintaining strong visibility into portfolio progress, and ensuring consistent follow-through across the funder lifecycle.
  • Project manage proposal development from concept to submission: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of concept papers, LOIs, and grant proposals, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with funder priorities and TNTP’s strategic narrative.
  • Ensure strong grant execution and stewardship: Partner with program, Finance, and Legal teams to review grant agreements, monitor compliance, and support high-quality reporting and funder communications.
  • Strengthen fundraising systems, processes, and data practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations by ensuring accurate and consistent Salesforce data, supporting portfolio tracking and reporting, and helping to refine team processes and tools that drive disciplined execution and decision-making.
  • Develop compelling funder-facing materials: Contribute to and refine written communications, presentations, and materials that clearly articulate TNTP’s impact and value proposition to funders.

  • Strong command of fundraising best practices and ability to apply them in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated success managing across teams, influencing stakeholders, and executing through others
  • Excellent written communication skills; experience developing or managing grant proposals and reports strongly preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage funder relationships; Salesforce experience a plus
