Senior Manager, Franchise Operations

About the role

This position leads the Franchise Operations team, ensuring seamless execution of fairlife’s strategic initiatives across franchise partners. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees to maximize growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance franchise performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to align franchise operations with company goals.
• Monitor franchisee compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring consistent product availability and service quality.
• Analyze franchise performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead franchisee training programs to drive operational best practices and business growth.
• Manage franchisee relationships, acting as a key liaison between corporate and franchise partners.
• Support new franchise openings, including site selection, onboarding, and operational readiness.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in franchise operations, supply chain, or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing franchisee relationships and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
