Senior Manager, FP&A

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead financial planning and analysis support for a major enterprise applications function, with a strong emphasis on forecasting, operating plan development, and performance management. The position partners closely with technology, finance, and business unit stakeholders to provide decision support and actionable financial insight. This individual will also help improve cost allocation practices and support investment evaluations that shape operational priorities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,200 – $212,000 annually Responsibilities Provide comprehensive FP&A support for the enterprise applications service area Lead annual operating plan development and periodic forecasting cycles Own consolidated financial reporting and business performance reviews Serve as a trusted finance advisor to service category leaders Monitor financial trends and drive corrective actions for improved performance Support the enterprise applications cost allocation strategy Partner with initiative and portfolio management teams to evaluate investments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting MBA, CPA, CFA, or another advanced credential preferred Experience with technology organizations or digital transformation initiatives Strong FP&A experience in complex cost-center organizations Benefits Hybrid work environment with in-office presence as needed Collaboration across Finance, Technology, and Business Unit stakeholders Opportunities for coaching and team development Focus on process improvement and automation initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
