We are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Analytics to lead our analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role blends hands-on analytical leadership with people management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy, operations, and performance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable partnering with senior executives on strategic questions and rolling up their sleeves to guide their team through technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product) to identify business questions and translate them into analytical projects
- Design and oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools that enable data-driven decisions across the business
- Own the end-to-end analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource availability
- Conduct and review advanced analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, segmentation, cohort analysis) to uncover insights and opportunities
- Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant manner
