Responsibilities

  • People Services Reporting & Power BI Development
    • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports that translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights for People Services leadership and stakeholders.
    • Leverage data modeling to build accurate, scalable reporting solutions that support HR/Finance decision-making across recurring and ad-hoc needs.
  • Performance Measurement & Data Governance
    • Define and support the development of performance measurement frameworks incorporating KPIs, goals, end-user reporting requirements, and service-level benchmarks aligned to People Services objectives.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR reporting by partnering closely with HRIS and HR systems teams.
  • HR Analytics Consulting, Stakeholder Partnership & Workforce Insights
    • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to People Services teams, translating business questions into meaningful data solutions and accessible visual narratives tailored to both HR and senior business audiences.
    • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and People Services leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that support strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional objectives.
    • Utilize descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytical approaches to surface trends, patterns, and insights across the employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and talent acquisition to performance and attrition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR/Finance Reporting & Analytics or People Services operations, including hands-on work within platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors (data extraction, reporting configuration, and operational delivery).
  • 3+ years of experience acting as an internal analytics consultant, advising HR stakeholders and translating business needs into reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR/Finance data domains including workforce analytics, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience supporting or leading data governance initiatives, including data access controls, data quality frameworks, or stewardship programs.

Skills

  • Technical Skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to independently design, build, maintain, and enhance HR/Finance reports and dashboards.
    • Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and using SQL or similar tools; experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift) to support scalable reporting and analytics workflows.
    • Working knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and governance best practices, ensuring compliant and secure use of People Services data.
    • Experience working with integrated data environments, including HR and Finance platforms, APIs, and connected data sources to support unified reporting.
  • Soft Skills & Competencies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex HR datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and persuasively to both HR and senior business audiences.
    • Proven ability to influence and advise at all levels of an HR organization, building trust and fostering a data-informed culture.
    • Actively listens to stakeholder and peer needs, provides constructive feedback, and contributes to a collaborative team learning environment.

Pay

The starting compensation range for this full-time role in Tampa, FL is $114,670 - $138,947. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate accounts for required skills, job location, work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

    • Based on eligibility, additional time off may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs, and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

This role follows an on-site protocol based on occupancy structure:

  • Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at the assigned facility. Onsite presence is considered essential for collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive company culture.
