Senior Manager, Finance - Walmart Connect
About the role
We are seeking a results-driven professional to join Walmart Connect as a Sr Manager with expertise in Forecasting, FP&A, and Financial Modeling. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency through high-quality financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
About the team
We are a data-driven, results-oriented Finance team focused on partnering with senior business leaders, the executive finance leadership team, and the Chief Revenue Officer to influence decisions and drive outcomes that deliver shareholder value while helping our customers save money and live better.
Responsibilities
- Lead Forecasting and Financial Modeling processes to inform business strategy and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models, performance dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor key metrics.
- Partner with leaders across Walmart Connect to align forecasts with business objectives and evaluate performance against targets.
- Provide scenario modeling and variance analysis to support investment decisions and resource planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities, leveraging automation and best practices.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners to accelerate business improvements.
- Provide input to the financial planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling in partnership with cross-functional areas.
- Identify and fix gaps and inefficiencies in current processes to increase agility, accuracy, and connectivity between functions.
- Identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives; provide feedback to management regarding risks associated with financial projects; and provide insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and retail trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analyzing data and interpreting results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
