About the role

Join Crusoe’s Finance team, playing a key role in supporting our dynamic growing digital infrastructure business unit. This role will help lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionality, sitting at the intersection of large-scale data center development, capital-intensive project finance, and high-growth corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets that integrate data center infrastructure and operations into Crusoe's company-wide planning models.

  • Partner with Real Estate Development Leads and Project Controls to validate and stress-test multi-billion dollar infrastructure models.

  • Support ad hoc diligence for construction financing and capital deployment decisions.

  • Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting in close partnership with construction, data center ops & strategy, project controls, and accounting.

  • Own Digital Infrastructure business lines full P&L, balance sheet, and capital allocation visibility — ensuring timely performance reporting and clear communication to stakeholders.

  • Act as connective tissue between digital infrastructure business teams & Finance. Translate operational complexity into financial clarity - identifying trends, surfacing risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive better decisions.

  • Lead cost analysis and monitor financial performance across the portfolio; proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability & return on capital.

  • Drive process improvements to cross-functional financial reporting - improving accuracy, transparency, and speed.

  • Contribute to support broader Finance team in delivering monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates.

  • Mentor & Lead Team Members: Supervise two or more analysts, and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of high performance, intellectual rigor and professional growth.

  • Serve as a trusted internal and external point of contact for finance inquiries. Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A within digital infrastructure, data centers, or real estate development - or 4+ years of investment banking / PE / LevFin / Project Finance with a focus on real estate.

  • Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses and performance measurement across complex, capital-intensive businesses.

  • Readily identify problems and instinctively seek solutions, and communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills and team leadership experience.

  • Track record of driving process improvements and enhancing reporting accuracy.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Superior presentation and slide-building skills.

  • You have a proven ability to distill complex, multi-variable financial outcomes into clear, strategic takeaways.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to excellence.

  • Experience with FP&A planning software and BI visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with project finance structures, construction draws, or infrastructure debt.

  • Real estate financial modeling background.

  • Prior experience supporting capital raises, capital structuring.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • CPA certification preferred.

Pay

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $180,000 - $220,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
