About the Role

The Senior Manager, Finance at Fidelity Digital Assets® will be heavily involved in the process of continuing to build out the foundation of our Fidelity Digital Assets® Services regulatory reporting capabilities and will be asked to seek out and drive new projects that add value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up to date in regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement new product design requirements in alignment with regulatory needs
• Development of data analytics and reporting to support required submission and more advanced analytics
• Partner across the business to determine programmatic approach to addressing new regulatory requirements
• Timely and successful delivery of regulatory required submissions
• Lead decision-making, issue resolution, managing risks, and building consensus among the team members and dependent teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• 7+ years of financial planning, accounting or program management experience
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large, complex programs
• Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization
• Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with business partners to deliver outcomes
