About the role
The Senior Manager, Field Technology Operations, North America manages technical operations for Field Tools used by various teams including Sales, Market Access, Regional Marketing, and Medical Affairs. This role oversees vendor coordination, application refreshes, and operational quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Field Tools across different teams, including application refreshes and vendor coordination.
- Develop and maintain application runbooks, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Support application enhancements by providing technical requirement documentation and assisting in requirements discussions.
- Coordinate with internal infrastructure teams and vendors for technology upgrades, security patches, and threat detection.
- Ensure consistent data between executive dashboards and field insights platforms.
- Train new users and drive adoption of Field applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science/Engineering/Information Management or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, focusing on Commercial and Medical Affairs business applications and technology solutions.
- Good team management skills, both direct and matrix.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with large-scale user support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong project management abilities.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational weaknesses and implement corrective plans.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid business acumen.

Pay
$142,000.00 - $187,000.00 annually. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
