Senior Manager, Field Readiness (remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Readiness to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will lead field readiness efforts that help sales teams perform more effectively through targeted enablement, training, and learning design. The Senior Manager will partner closely with sales leaders, frontline managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps and deliver practical solutions. This is a highly field-facing role focused on improving seller effectiveness, scaling learning experiences, and measuring the impact of enablement initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Build strong partnerships with sales leaders and frontline managers Diagnose execution gaps using performance data and direct observation Design tailored learning experiences to enhance seller performance Facilitate engaging learning experiences for sellers and managers Leverage learning technology for scalable digital education solutions Collaborate across business functions to address field challenges Measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement interventions Qualifications 6+ years of sales enablement experience, particularly in a field-facing role Proven ability to diagnose performance gaps and develop practical solutions Strong skills in instructional design and curriculum development Hands-on experience with digital learning tools like Articulate 360 or Storyline Familiarity with learning management systems and sales enablement technologies Excellent facilitation skills and credibility with sales leaders Strong business acumen and understanding of sales dynamics Benefits Healthcare coverage Life and disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid sick and personal leave Paid parental leave Opportunity for professional growth and development programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
