Senior Manager, Field and Integrated Marketing Programs
About the Role
We’re looking for high-achievers, challenge-seekers, and innovation-chasers who thrive on complex problems. As Senior Manager, Field and Integrated Marketing Programs, you will produce our major flagship events in the IPO and Private Equity space. Building from these events, you will create top-of-funnel digital campaigns to nurture and inform our clients, prospects, and ecosystem partners throughout their lifecycle. You will also oversee a team of Field Event Coordinators who execute our non-flagship event engine, collaborating closely with Business Development, Partners, and brand, content, and operations marketers.
Responsibilities
- Annual Planning: Own annual planning for assigned Integrated Programs and regional field events.
- Team Development: Manage, train, and develop assigned Event Coordinators.
- Performance & ROI: Help define how we measure campaign and event ROI in Salesforce, including net new leads and relationships generated.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Bring to life events that attract attendees meeting our ICP, deliver insights, and create connections. Own the process from plan to execution through post-event strategy.
- Sponsor Management: Develop relationships and lead co-marketing and event planning with ecosystem partner sponsors of our flagship events.
- Campaigns & Thought Leadership: Own campaigns and thought leadership strategy for Integrated Programs, repackaging and amplifying existing assets and partnering with SMEs to generate new insights.
- Budget Management: Plan and track high-efficiency spend, and collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, including planning and management of signature, content-driven events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and execute an event plan from ideation to completion.
- Experience working with a CRM system or Marketing Automation Platform.
- Sharp attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
- Events that deliver real value to attendees, with strong ICP-fit buyers in the room and high-value, audience-friendly touchpoints before, during, and after.
- Campaigns that are well segmented, well timed, and tied to business outcomes.
- New qualified leads, a healthy lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, and attributed revenue.
