Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage District Managers and Senior Account Executives
  • Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Coach managers on sales execution and competitive positioning
  • Engage with customers to review strategic deals and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering and Marketing
  • Ensure disciplined forecasting and pipeline management across the district
  • Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience leading sales teams in enterprise technology
  • Strong background in enterprise security concepts such as ransomware and cyber recovery
  • Proven history of achieving multi-team sales targets and maintaining forecast accuracy
  • Experience with complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong communication and integrity as a leader
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to utilize AI tools to enhance team productivity
  • Fluency in English for professional settings
