Responsibilities
- Lead and manage District Managers and Senior Account Executives
- Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Coach managers on sales execution and competitive positioning
- Engage with customers to review strategic deals and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering and Marketing
- Ensure disciplined forecasting and pipeline management across the district
- Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience leading sales teams in enterprise technology
- Strong background in enterprise security concepts such as ransomware and cyber recovery
- Proven history of achieving multi-team sales targets and maintaining forecast accuracy
- Experience with complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong communication and integrity as a leader
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to utilize AI tools to enhance team productivity
- Fluency in English for professional settings
