Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Facilitate engaging offsite training on products and service excellence
- Monitor and elevate service standards across retail teams
- Establish KPIs for styling and client engagement strategies
- Offer structured feedback to Managers to enhance training delivery
- Capture regional insights for continuous improvement of training strategies
- Collaborate with home office to align regional and national training goals
Qualifications
- 7+ years in luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality
- Recognized styling expertise and confident fashion flair
- Proven experience in managing and coaching teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for translating insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
