The Role

The Senior Manager of Events and Experiences at Bilt will oversee and scale Repeatable Rent Day experiences, collaborating with the Events & Experiences team to ensure seamless execution of all Bilt events and experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Scaling Repeatable Event Activations Nationwide
• Supporting the expansion of Bilt’s Rent Day experiences to additional cities and venues
• Serving as a thought partner in identifying new event verticals
• Operationalizing Brekkie (grab-and-go activation offering gourmet breakfast boxes)
• Assisting with B2C & B2B Event Production
• Creative Planning
• On-Site Management
• Managing Gifting & Swag
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
• Negotiating contracts to optimize value, maintain budget efficiency, and preserve quality of experience
• Leading Logistics & Operations
• Continuously improving and streamlining processes to increase efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in brand operations, event management, or related fields
• Strong experience in vendor management, budgeting, and logistical planning
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering premium experiences
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye for branded experiences
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams
