Senior Manager, Ethics & Compliance Training

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Ethics & Compliance Training to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead the day-to-day management of ethics and compliance training programs that support a broad consumer products organization. You will partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to create engaging learning content, strengthen policy awareness, and help ensure training remains current with changing regulatory requirements. The position also plays a key role in tracking completion, measuring effectiveness, and improving program quality across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,600 – $178,000 annually Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of ethics and compliance training programs Support the creation and delivery of e-learning modules Coordinate training translation efforts and track completion data Develop and maintain compliance training materials with subject matter experts Monitor updates to training content based on regulatory changes Distribute compliance communications to enhance policy awareness Collect and analyze training feedback and compliance metrics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of experience in compliance, training, or policy management Experience managing compliance training programs and e-learning content Strong organizational and project management abilities Clear and effective communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical skills for measuring training impact and compliance adherence Benefits Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance Disability coverage and 401(k) plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan and paid time off Tuition reimbursement and well-being programs Discounts on tools and partner programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
