Senior Manager, Enterprise Value Creation

Our Enterprise Value Creation practice is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the team in New York, NY. The EVC team drives sustainable P&L improvements by realizing cost and revenue growth strategies that address short-term financial challenges and long-term shareholder expectations. We bring a PE mindset to enterprises, balancing the need to be cost-efficient while maintaining a ruthless focus on profitable growth. Responsibilities
- Help clients address complex strategic, operational, and organizational issues affecting both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line cost and margin management.
- Lead delivery on programs ranging from setting EVC strategy and vision tailored to client needs, to mobilizing and leading multi-disciplinary improvement programs across cost management, margin optimization, pricing strategy, commercial excellence, growth & go-to-market strategy.
- Build capability in the client to ensure value creation strategies are sustainable, enabling clients to repeat successes independently.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire junior team members to fulfill their potential and ensure they are happy at work.
- Support Partners and Directors in business development and account management, including an informal revenue target at the Senior Manager level.
- Serve as a key member of the Enterprise Value Creation team, helping build it into the “Go To” brand in the market.
- Bring together cross-functional Baringa teams to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a passion for delivering impactful results in dynamic environments.
- Experience delivering value creation programs focused on: gross margin improvement, SG&A/third party cost reduction, pricing & profitability, commercial excellence, operational performance improvement, or operational/commercial due diligence.
- Experience in business development and delivering work in at least one of Baringa’s industry sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources).
- Experience in developing and building value creation capabilities, teams, and assets in a consulting organization.
- Experience supporting client implementation to deliver tangible benefits.
- ACA/CIMA qualification, with an Accounting degree or experience managing a P&L.
- Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
- Experience coaching teams and delivering training to colleagues and/or clients.
- Strong senior stakeholder communications, management, presentation, and relationship development skills.

- Salary range: $203,000 - $250,000.
